Terms of Use

1. What we sell

PDFrything sells digital printable PDF planners and trackers. Every product is a digital download — nothing physical is shipped. After checkout, your files are available to download immediately on the order confirmation page, and a backup copy of your download links is emailed to the address you used at checkout.

2. Your license

When you buy a PDF from PDFrything, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself and your household.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the files or printed copies, in whole or in part, whether for free or for money. You may not claim the designs as your own or use them in any product you offer to others.

3. Payments

Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

4. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. If you have trouble accessing a file you paid for, or you were charged in error, contact us at support@pdfrything.com and we will make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to bypass payment or download security, no scraping or automated access, and no interfering with the site's operation.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Our planners and trackers are organizational tools provided “as is.” They are not professional advice of any kind (including mechanical, financial, or legal advice). To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFrything is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made while it is in effect. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
